Clinical Supervision in Idaho This course prepares clinical social workers to provide clinical supervision for new social workers and meets the 15-hour training requirement of the Idaho Occupational Licensing Board to be listed as a clinical supervisor. Course Objectives and Benefits to Attendees:

Be aware of the importance of the developmental process for supervisees
Anticipate the kinds of problems encountered in clinical supervision and how to deal with these issues
Understand the importance of including cultural components in the model of supervision selected
Design the model of supervision you wish to use in your practice
