Project Leadership and Conflict Management

Project managers are in high demand.

Learn the fundamentals of project management through four core courses that use examples and hands-on application of project management principles.

This course focuses on the leadership aspect of the project team. Qualities of project leaders include the ability to build trust, developing and managing agreements, making decisions and negotiating with team members when conflict arises.

NOTE: A discount is available for PMI or local chapter members.  Group discounts are available for three or more participants registering from the same organization for the same course.  Discounts cannot be applied when registering online.  Please call 208-426-1709 to request the discounted fee.
