Receive hands-on training using Microsoft Project 2013 software, learning skills to create and track a project from the ground up. Involves setting up a new project, creating your tasks and Gantt chart, following your critical path, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, and preparing management reports.
· This course introduces the fundamentals of project management for project planning and organization. There will be extensive use of examples and hands-on application of these project management principles. Participants work on several case studies and relate best practices to their projects.
· Hands-on training using Microsoft Project 2013 software includes setting up a new project environment, creating a Gantt Chart, determining Critical Path, monitoring resources and tracking work.
This course combines Project Planning and Organization with Fundamentals of Microsoft Project 2013 for a three-day offering.
