Project Planning and Organization and Fundamentals of Microsoft Project 2010

Project managers are in high demand.

Learn the fundamentals of project management through four core courses that use examples and hands-on application of project management principles.

Receive hands-on training using Microsoft Project 2013 software, learning skills to create and track a project from the ground up. Involves setting up a new project, creating your tasks and Gantt chart, following your critical path, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, and preparing management reports.

         This course introduces the fundamentals of project management for project planning and organization. There will be extensive use of examples and hands-on application of these project management principles. Participants work on several case studies and relate best practices to their projects.

         Hands-on training using Microsoft Project 2013 software includes setting up a new project environment, creating a Gantt Chart, determining Critical Path, monitoring resources and tracking work.

This course combines Project Planning and Organization with Fundamentals of Microsoft Project 2013 for a three-day offering.
