Project Management Communications and Teamwork

Project managers are in high demand.

Learn the fundamentals of project management through four core courses that use examples and hands-on application of project management principles.

Get hands-on training using Microsoft Project 2013 software, learning skills to create and track a project from the ground up. Involves setting up a new project, creating your tasks and gantt chart, following your critical path, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, and preparing management reports.

The Project Management Certificate requires the completion of four core courses to be taken within a three-year period of time. Finish this certificate and emerge qualified for an entry level Project Management position.

This course deals with the people side of project management including how to approach the people and issues associated with your project. Team leaders, their teams and stakeholders learn how to better build successful teams, understand themselves, measure performance and how to effectively conduct meetings.
