Fundamentals of Microsoft Project 2010

Project managers are in high demand.

Learn the fundamentals of project management through four core courses that use examples and hands-on application of project management principles.

Receive hands-on training using Microsoft Project 2013 software, learning skills to create and track a project from the ground up. Involves setting up a new project, creating your tasks and Gantt chart, following your critical path, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, and preparing management reports.

         Hands-on training using Microsoft Project 2013 software includes setting up a new project environment, creating a Gantt Chart, determining Critical Path, monitoring resources and tracking work.

 

NOTE: A discount is available for PMI or local chapter members in the amount of $261.75 (save $13.25). Group discounts are available for three or more participants registering from the same organization for the same course. Discounts cannot be applied when registering online.
